Physical Development

Children are encouraged to be active and improve their skills of co-ordination, control, manipulation and movement. This area involves children learning to move confidently, controlling their body, handling equipment and keeping healthy. They develop an understanding of the importance of physical activity and making healthy choices in relation to food.
