A Level Foundation Course

We offer a one year A- level Foundation Course for international pupils. We integrate our A Level foundation course pupils into the heart of our school and prepare them for the entrance examination into our Sixth Form and success in their A level studies with a flexible learning programme.

Integration in the Classroom:

English skills:

Strengthen pupils' English skills through small group and individual English teaching.

Flexibility: Academic challenge and preparation:

Give pupils the opportunity to pursue an individualized curriculum of GCSE and AS level appropriate to their interests and abilities. For example, beyond their English studies, a pupils might pursue a GCSE in Maths along with AS level work in Business Studies and Biology in the Colleges mainstream classes.


Integration out of the Classroom:

We integrate pupils into the requirements, expectations, and culture of a an English school through participation in Sixth Form lecture programmes, University of Liverpool events, Sports, CCF and the Duke of Edinburgh award.
