Payment Terms
For all Parents with pupils commencing in September 2011 the following two payment methods are available:
A. Annually in Advance - 5% discount on standard tuition fees if paid in advance before 22nd July 2011
B. 10 Monthly Payments - by Direct Debit from August to May (on 28th day of each month)
Parents who are paying by other methods and wish to convert to Option B, will be entitled to the 2% discount given to those who pay by ten monthly direct debits.
Late Payment Costs
a. the present 2% surcharge per month for outstanding fees will
continue
b. a £25 charge will be made for a returned cheque or DD
c. the 2% discount will be lost in the event that a DD payment is
missed
Sibling Discount
For pupils joining the college after September 2009 there is a discount of 25% for the third child in a family.
Billing Timing
Termly bills will be issued for all items which are to be paid in advance - fees, dinners, school bus, exams, books, remission insurance, accident insurance and the Isco Futurewise programme for Year 10. These charges will be added to the bills termly and the DD will be recalculated each term.
Trips will be paid in advance by cheque and under no circumstances will be added to term bills.
Notice to leave the College
The College requests a full term's notice in writing to the Principal to withdraw your son/daughter from the school for whatever reason. In the absence of written notice a full term's fees must be paid in lieu.
Insurance
Accident insurance is compulsory and covers the child for 365 days a year. School fees insurance is optional. If your child is off school due to illness for 5 consecutive days or more, you may be able to claim a remission of fees.
