Payment of fees
All payments must be made or direct debit schemes in place before the start of each academic year.
To assist parents to spread the cost of the school fees we operate a Direct Debit Scheme. This is ten monthly payments being debited to your chosen bank account on the 28th of each month commencing in August and ending in May each year. This scheme is administered free of charge and a 2% discount is given for choosing this payment method. However, if monthly payments are not maintained, the 2% discount will not be given.
The alternative to the Direct Debit Scheme is payment in advance. A 5% discount will be given to parents who wish to pay the annual tuition fee in advance before the end of July.
Extras, such as examination fees and school transport fees are added to the account.
Sibling Discounts
There is a discount of 25% for the third child in a family. All other discounts to be based on the parent bursary application form.
Insurance
Accident insurance is compulsory. It covers the child 365 days a year, whether the pupil is in school or not. School fees protection is optional. If your son/daughter is away from school for 5 consecutive days or more (including weekends) due to illness, you may be able to claim a remission of fees. Claim forms are obtainable from the Finance Department.
Notice to leave the College
Your contract with the College requires that you give a full term's notice in writing to the Principal, to withdraw your son/daughter from the College for whatever reason. If you are in any doubt as to whether he/she will be leaving, we recommend that you give provisional notice in writing to the Principal. In the absence of any written notice a full term's fees must be paid in lieu.
The fees quoted are in force from 1st September 2009 and will be reviewed again for September 2010. The Governors however, reserve the right to amend fees and other details without notice.
