In a safe and caring environment, we inspire and prepare young people to achieve their potential. Our school educates the whole child- mind, body and spirit- and we focus on each student's needs and talents. Our staff are our greatest strength. Their commitment to the formation of the whole person and their concern and care for each pupil ensures that Liverpool College is a special experience for each pupil.

We recognise that all of our pupils have different talents and we strive to ensure that every pupil has an equal opportunity to find and develop the talents they do possess. They are challenged in the classroom, on the playing fields and in the arts. They enjoy excellent teaching and a wide variety of co-curricular activities. Because of the comparatively small size of the school, every pupil has an opportunity to contribute to the life of our community.

We are a 3-18 school consisting of a pre-prep ages 3-6, prep school, 7-11, and upper school 11-18, guaranteeing any child who joins us the opportunity to stay with us through upper school and sixth form and complete their educational journey. This commitment makes our pupils confident, secure, happy and successful.

The tradition of excellence at Liverpool College which began in 1840 is still thriving today. We are at the forefront of best practice in education. We are one of the largest International Baccalaureate Sixth Forms and our recent inspection reports reveal a school which is focused on its mission and poised for continued success.
