We are a school which has at its heart people who care about your child, and who want the very best for him or her. The ethos of Liverpool College is encapsulated in the Mission Statement and amplified in the Home-School Agreement which all parents are asked to sign and review regularly during their child's time at the school. We are proud of our College and expect all pupils to play their part. The pupils are, after all, our best ambassadors and we hope that they will be proud to be Lerpoolians.
Our pupils take no time to realise that the College is not just a school, but a way of life! We aim to encourage all pupils to participate in a wide range of extracurricular activities, which help to develop personal, sporting, technical and social skills and which are an essential component of our educational philosophy.
From September 2013 the College will cease to charge fees and make the transition to an independent Academy. Much will remain entirely unchanged - the name of the school, the uniform, the ethos and commitment to high standards. As you would expect, however, there are a number of necessary changes and these are highlighted in the parent handbook.
