We educate children from 4 – 18 years old and welcome applications from parents both within and outside the Liverpool area.

The school is heavily oversubscribed and admission to year groups other than Reception, Year 7 and Year 12 is rare although we do hold “In Year Application” waiting lists for Years 1,2,3,4,5,6,8,9 & 10.

ADMISSION APPEALS:

 We appreciate that with the large number of applications to the school there will be many children who are disappointed not to be allocated a place.  We have applied the Admission Policy which states clearly how applications are dealt with. Parents have the right to appeal against the decision to an independent appeal panel and full details on how to appeal are available from the school This email address is being protected from spambots. YEAR 7 2026 ADMISSION APPEAL TIMETABLE:

  • Monday 2nd March 2026 - parents will hear from their local authority regarding the school allocated to their child.
  • Friday 27th March 2026 - deadline for submitting your appeal to Liverpool College.
  • June 2026 - date for appeal hearings to be confirmed but provisionally week commencing 8th June 2026

RECEPTION 2026 ADMISSION APPEAL TIMETABLE:

  • Thursday 16th April 2026 - parents will hear from their local authority regarding the school allocated to their child.
  • Friday 15th May 2026 - deadline for submitting your appeal to Liverpool College.
  • June 2026 - date for appeal hearings to be confirmed but provisionally week commencing 8th June 202
