Liverpool College has a proud history of boarding, and with our newly refurbished boarding house at Beechlands, we are excited to share the benefits of boarding life with the wider school community.
Chapter After Hours is our innovative after-school programme designed to bring together the very best elements of both day and boarding school life. Open to pupils in Years 7–10, it offers a safe, structured, and enriching environment after the school day ends.
Running Monday to Thursday until 6.30pm, Chapter After Hours provides:

A substantial after-school snack to refuel

Supervised homework time (“prep”) in a calm, focused setting

A wide range of clubs and activities, both on and off site, from science experiments to arts and crafts, outdoor pursuits, and more

A freshly prepared evening meal, enjoyed alongside our boarding community
